UnityScript is referring to the Javascript STYLE dialect that Unity uses.
C# is just referred to as C#, same way that Boo is just referred to as Boo.

So there is no such thing as Javascript technically, it's either US,C#, or Boo.

Yes, I am aware it is referred to as Javascript in the Editor GUI, but it has been confirmed by the Unity company themselves. It is referred to as being Javascript to avoid confusion as they are syntactically similar.

If anyone knows how to make a mod that translates Scratch into UnityScript, I'd be happy to get it as long as it's free and I will credit the program and it's creators.

And it must work with Unity Free 4.5.5 on the mac version:

That's probably not possible since Scratch and Unity are two different things, and even though scripting languages can be translated easily, they both have different work space environments. But if it's possible, you can make a program or mod that can translate a Scratch project into a Unity file or something.
