Hi, I deleted one of my Scratch accounts and all of its projects around 3 years ago. Im just wondering, is there a way I could get the profile and projects back by doing something like contacting a Scratch team member?

You COULD use the wayback machine to see the account before it was deleted, but i doubt you could recover the projects from that

I've once heard that the answer is technically yes, however it's a tough process and they'd prefer it if you'd just make a new account. I will try to go back through my topics to find the source.

I think they mean the two-day period from pressing the delete account button until the account actually gets deleted. If you log in during that time, the account deletion gets cancelled.

anyways yeah no unfortunately, it is possible for the st to restore deleted accounts, but they do it very rarely

The only archive of the account on there is a 404 screen

I actually deleted it around 3 years ago so that was why I was asking if I could get it back

Just contacted the Scratch Team to see if they can restore it

If you have the URL's of the projects, they have been and always will be stored in the Database. I would suggest using Contact Us to get help with retrieving a project with the URL (due to the new AuthKey process), but if you don't have the URL's, it will be harder for the ST to get those projects, so it's unlikely you will be able to retrieve them.
