I made a form of that in my @DerekMSMYT account that I've been struggling to open Scratch 2 app but this is what happens when I open Scratch 2

They most likely did if they got to that point.

Probably the best thing to do would be download scratch 3 if you can. The scratch team isn't updating scratch 2 anymore, so they probably won't make a fix. If it's an issue with Adobe AIR, try downloading an older version (one made in 2018 or earlier).

Also, if you are having administration problems, you may not have permission to download it. Contact your system admin, if you have one. Otherwise, contact the support team of whoever made your computer.

The only thing for it then is to ask someone with administrator access for help, otherwise, you'll have to download 1.4 or 3.0.
