Hiya,

My first Scratch project. Was working great until I tried to add a second sprite. Then my first sprite would no longer visibly rotate. I tried deleting the second sprite to get back to last known working status, but the problem remains – although the direction variable of the sprite responds to the arrow keys, the displayed sprite no longer rotates to show that direction.

Any ideas?

Hm. I figured it out. Somehow, the rotation style got changed to left-right even though I didn't have that block in my script.

There is in version 2 in the motion category.

I worked on your Ping Pong game. I set the game to start when the r is pressed instead of green flag. The mouse arrow is way up at the top of the screen so the paddle follows it and is not in the middle of the screen ready to bounce the ball. I also put in a 1 second delay so that the mouse arrow will be closer to the paddle and can more easily control it. Fun game.
Can easily set up levels to have ball travel faster and keep score.

Thanks. Just for clarity …. I just remixed someone else's game there. The Asteroids clone is my own (well other than the fact that it's a clone!) but the Ping Pong one I just modified someone else's.
