If the song WAS on NG, it would have a real ID, it just wouldn't work.
So if all the levels are using the same ID for the NONG
Why would you need multiple download links, if the song file is the same?

1. yes (i think), as long as you are using 1.9 color channels.
2. no.
3. if you mean the old color triggers then i don't think you would have to use the old ones because they basically are just the same. if you mean the color channels then i think you're only allowed to use BG, GRND, LINE, 3DL, 1, 2, 3, and 4.
