And I'm not sure how vegetarians and vegans will react if Scratch added meat sprites.For vegans, we already have eggs and milk, and for vegetarians we have a taco and a food truck that sells tacos and hot dogs.

They still exist. In fact, if you click on the Create button in the forums (and on the home page) and click on the Choose a Sprite button, you will see some 2.0 sprites (and even 1.4 sprites) in the Sprite Library!Don't know if these exist in 3.0, or what they are called now if they're still in, but:DRINKSWater?

I think it's fine for the food trucks to remain in food, as they are very food-related.
