H word and d word
Hell and damn I assume you mean? Yes, you are. In fact, it is specifically rejected to disallow these. The forums filter is buggy and filters them however.

You can use them as long as they are not in a way that is rude or disrespectful to other people. For example, saying “Man taking trig class was hell on earth” would be fine, while “What the hell is wrong with you?!” would not be.

Technically speaking, the forum filter only filters “d word”. Hell and damn I assume you mean? Yes, you are. In fact, it is specifically rejected to disallow these. The forums filter is buggy and filters them however.
Also, where is it specifically rejected to censor the “h word”?

I know it doesn't say hell, but I feel as though it falls under the same category as the others. 6.5 Censor the words {damn, crap, frick, lmao}
The Scratch Team has decided that these words are not offensive enough to be censored completely. As always, use the Report button if someone is using these words (or any others) disrespectfully. In addition, if you come across a word that is not censored, but you think it should be, please let the Scratch Team know about it through Contact Us, rather than using the comments or forums to report it.
There is an existing suggestion that would allow you to personally censor these words, and others, so that only you cannot see them; you can discuss it on this topic.

Yep. I’m pretty sure that using workarounds to bypass the filter on the forums is not allowed except when explaining the rule.except in the forums apparently hell and * are fine

He double hockey sticks can only be used as mentioning it as a place, not for emphasizing.
