It's practically useless as 3.0 doesn't need flash + flash discontinued.
I have absolutely no idea how it would be useful in any way.
Please, respond with support, no support, or kind of support.

Flash is just for server to get data of what your using so if thats removed the whole thing is

What do you mean? Scratch doesn't use Flash anymore.
