So you could say that like you would follow someone because their projects are good, the organizer will follow the winners because they are skilled in the game.

i’m also not saying you need to cancel the tournament, just i’d advise that you change the prizes

yee i mean follows as a prize will usually attract more players, but at the cost of most of the participants being people who aren’t really interested in the main topic. honestly idrc abt follows, just wanna make cool games and play cool games =].

Honestly I’m also mediocre, but sometimes if the situation is bad I can like carry the entire team and score more points than the entire other team combined.

yeah that's exactly what happens i've even beaten a mewtwo solo before

i can join but only around 12-3 in week ends and 5-7 in weekdays

I've played with some people like that too, but we didn't do ranked. I'm friends with Breadloaf_ Irl, and she's introduced me to Yeetdragon and Soggy oats. I wish she would have initially waited for me to rank up with her, because then I might be telling a different story about my rank. But I'm just kinda existing over here at this point.

And I recommend you changing the prizes (followers), to something else, as prizes as follows aren’t really allowed here.

it says that you cant be forced to give out follows as prizes not that your not allowed to give them out
