Why?
I think it would be nice to be able to make bigger projects in a group. You wouldn't need to work with the group that much, only when you want to. We could make project ideas together and make them come true.

Roles: (for leader roles you need skill and some dedication)

  (IN NEED) Head Staff Recruiter @A_Nyan_In_Space
  (IN NEED) Leading Developer
  (IN NEED) Leading Artist (also leads animators and level designers)
  Normal roles:
  (IN NEED) Developer @hemppapro, @GameMaster_Official
  (IN NEED) UI Designer @hemppapro, @GameMaster_Official
  (IN NEED) Idea / storyline maker @moigam, @ A_Nyan_In_Space
  (IN NEED) Level Designer @moigam
  (IN NEED) Artist @doggy_boi1
  (IN NEED) Animator @Lizeus10salmon
  (IN NEED) Sound Engineer @Lizeus10salmon
  (IN NEED) Tester @KarlPlum1331, @MILOthemonster, @GameMaster_Official
  

You can choose many roles!

How would you benefit?
If we could make great games together, we would all get followers and such. We would always @tag everyone who worked on our projects. Everyone in the community could also ask help about everything about others in the community.
It would also be fun and you would learn much!

Yeah, vice director and artist (preferably head artist but you probably can't have 2 lead positions)

Sure, you can be a vice director and artist.
I know I shouldn’t give these head roles this easily, but since you were the first here and I feel like you are a pro person, I can give a head role to you. I can always also demote you!

You can be the head staff recruiter, but remember that I can always remove your role. I will tell you more about this role later.
