The [wiki] tag is underused, and isn't removed.

Just because it wouldn't be used by many people doesn't mean it shouldn't exist, and you just need to do

or <a> and </a> for the tooltip (EDIT: also parse the comment's creation date though)

This is such a good suggestion that would take like a week to add, but it will probably take 3 years, debate, more debate and more arguments in github

Another really useful feature of the 2.0 interface that was removed for some unknown reason. I don't think it would be difficult to re-implement, and as others have said, dates are useful info.
