I'm not sure. Anyway, you've only been on for a week. Wait at least 2 weeks to become a Scratcher.

Wait another week. You seem to be active. Keep sharing projects, posting on forums, comment, loving and favouriting projects, even maybe getting someone's project featured (I got Gyroscopebill's project featured) and you will be a Scratcher with a good range of popularity. If you're not a scratcher in the next six months, contact a ST member.
