i need to know how you get sliding bars with variables i have seen them in many projects and i looked it up on google it says to right click but all it says when you do is delete this variable or rename the variable PLZ RESPOND SOON

If you right-click the variable in the project preview on the right:



There you go

On the stage (that's the place where Scratch Cat is shown whenever a new project is made), right-click on the rounded rectangle with your variable's name and the contents of that variable, and then click the button to make the rectangle into a slider.
