1. Where is an 9-16 year old going to get a nuke other than the black market/dark web? To get there would require a lot of effort aaaand the FBI/other related agencies are watching your search history, so if you looked up nukes for sale you'd probably get put on a watchlist. If you ACTUALLY managed to buy one, you'd have to worry about getting it TO my house unnoticed, which is nearly impossible as nukes are usually huge and I doubt ANYONE is selling a nuke carrier. Even if you found one the Air Force/TSA would likely want to inspect your craft as I doubt they're just gonna let a nuke plane fly around unchecked.
2. There is ZERO way the government would let you have a missile pad on your property. The Second Amendment allows GUNS, not weapons of mass destruction. And sure, sure, private property and everything, but police CAN get warrants for a property search.
3. All of those are prohibitively expensive, and if you managed to pull any of this off and end me, you'd be a wanted criminal JUST because you wanted to scare and end someone on the internet.
4. Going on the dark web, unless you're working for the government, usually puts you on a watchlist. EVERYTHING you do would be monitored.
