GDPR (which is General Data Protection Regulation btw) Accounts are ones that had the owner (that is an European Economic Area resident) request access to their data and request a complete wipe from the servers.

EDIT: Also, GDPR does have identity verification as a requirement — Not to mention, if a non-EEA member fraudulently attempts to use GDPR for personal gain or to misuse personal data, it could potentially be considered as fraud or a violation of data protection laws. (And get both the company/whatever and individual in legal ramification)

i don't know about this suggestion because i haven't heard of any new gdpr'd accounts (might be hard to change old gdprs also)

well that's a good idea i support that

I know from personal experience that the Scratch Team would prefer not to make their GDPR process more prominent than they absolutely have to, so I don't think they'd be too keen on this suggestion.
