I could give even more examples, but you get the point. Some content are not meant for the site, regardless of whether a large number of people commit these things.

That's because this is a site meant primarily for children. Even if you're older and more mature, you have to understand the target audience for the site.

While I perfectly understand the first one, having children is not some 18+ thing that only adults can see. Sure, the process of making children is 18+ but the concept of children themselves are not.

A lot of kids kiss their parents on the cheek, it can be for platonic love too. And people do kiss their dogs on the head, not nuzzling.

This literally has nothing to do with the topic. Killing is obviously innapropriate for scratch. Having kids isn't innapropriate, how people make children is innapropriate but not just having children. I was talking about lip kissing in a non-innapropriate way like how parents do a quick lip kiss sometimes.

Many parents are uncomfortable with their children seeing this kind of content. Scratch isn't a place meant for romantic content. For that, you might want to find another website.

If kids don't like it then they can just click off. Parents who allow their kids to go on scratch probably allow them to watch TV, cartoon characters such as Peppa pig's parents kiss all the time. I'm not allowed to use websites other than scratch.
