The Search bar Disapeared from the Home Page of Scratch. Has anyone expierenced this before or was this only on my device?

Are you using a phone? If so, this is expected behavior because the screen is very small and Scratch just hides the extra on mobile. Otherwise, try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you.

sometimes happens to me, it's normal.
probably to do with bad wifi

In addition to the search bar typically being hidden by the small screens of phones, small windows on computers can also cause the search bar to be hidden.

when i use to much words or put a space in the search bar, there no results and there is not a “ nothing found” text
