do you have any proof that people will intentionally misrate their games to keep a larger playerbase?
people absolutely do have a reason to follow the age rating guidelines, as they risk losing their entire game and a lot of money if they do not.
if roblox does not actively moderate their games (which they do) they will probably be subject to legal trouble

pokemon, mario, zelda, fortnite, roblox, and pretty much all video games, books, and tv shows all have problems with inappropriate art outside of their platform. not specific to roblox and its not something roblox can do about it

No one time I joined one of those games because I didn't know why people liked the games so much, and than I saw a lot of people doing bad roleplays. Also, most of them are turning into 17+ games because of the update.
