Support
Shops and collabs can definitely use this. If the owner of the shop/collab owner is nonactive, then other people can keep the shop/collab going.

You have my support. If there is a collaboration and the owner of the topic becomes inactive, and the topic is a shop/collaboration, adding new staff or other things would be nearly impossible.

It will be a very good idea but if people give this permission to people they don't know?

It will be a very good idea but if people give this permission to people they don't know? Why would they do that?

If a person edits the post and make it inappropriate, would we able to see who made it inappropriate?

It will be a very good idea but if people give this permission to people they don't know? What if only people following the thread can edit? Or maybe it sends a request to the person like inviting to a studio?
If a person edits the post and make it inappropriate, would we able to see who made it inappropriate?I think yes because, in the bottom corner, it would say last edited by and then whoever edited it. If the post was reported, the last version would be reported, or if it is the whole topic that is inappropriate, only the owner would be reported.

I think you can send invites to people to edit. So most likely, no one will give permission to scratchers they do not know. Correct me if I'm wrong. It will be a very good idea but if people give this permission to people they don't know? What if only people following the thread can edit? Or maybe it sends a request to the person like inviting to a studio?

I dunno chief
people would exploit this for private chatting, so there'd need to be a public log (that does not log silent edits of course) that is reportable.
Semi-Support, DjangoBB isn't really this far in being modifiable as far as I am aware.
