Ban Memes/Phrases/Etc Intended To Mock/Make Fun Of Disabled People
Most people on scratch are 8-13 so have most people even heard of this? Eight year olds were 2 years old and 13 year olds were still just 7

It was popular in 2020, so eight year olds were only six years old (not 2 years old like you said), and thirteen year olds were ten years old. (that is, assuming my maths was correct)

Ban Memes/Phrases/Etc Intended To Mock/Make Fun Of Disabled People
As someone who has ASD 1 (the weakest type of autism luckily), i dont find the word “Reeeee” insulting in the Slightest, so i dont think it should be banned, because Some (like 10) people use it to insult ppl with autism/mental handicaps, while the rest dont use it as a insultThere’s no such thing as a “weak” form of autism, it’s just autism. Also, what do you mean by “luckily”? There’s nothing wrong with being autistic
(also yes i did make a scratch account just to talk about this lol)
And just because you don’t find something offensive doesn’t mean others don’t.
There’s also the “autistic screeching” meme, the “autism challenge” on TikTok, and lots of memes and videos mocking autistic people but aren’t necessarily a common meme formatNo support (as someone on the spectrum). Like others have said ALL THE WAY BACK IN 2020, the main focus of the meme is not to make fun of autistic people, but rather because frogs tend to make a “reeeee”-like soundThis meme is luckily irrelevant 3 years later, as people have moved on from using it. As far as I know, there aren't many other popular memes these days that are offensive to races/ethnicities/people of certain disorders/etc.
Ableism still exists, and many people (usually neurotypicals) deny its existence even when ND people provide clear evidence it’s still there.

In that case, shouldn't the “tbh creature/ autism creature” or the “btw creature/ ADHD creature” meme be banned too? Although I see a lot of autistic and ADHD people use it to celebrate their identity, I had seen others on the Internet using it or something similar to mock autisticpeople, ADHD people, and other neurodivergent people. Sorry if this sounds offensive, this wasn't my intention.

These sort of memes are bound to just come in and out of relevance, so you may as well report offensive memes as you see themThere’s also the “autistic screeching” meme, the “autism challenge” on TikTok, and lots of memes and videos mocking autistic people but aren’t necessarily a common meme formatNo support (as someone on the spectrum). Sorry if this sounds offensive, this wasn't my intention. If it's being used to intentionally mock anyone that you have previously mentioned, then it should be reported. It's the same with just about any other type of person with any meme.
If the meme has a target intended to mock/bully/hurt anyone, then it is not allowed. Plain and simple.
If those in a certain demographic use it to laugh at themselves in a kind way(For example, me laughing at dyslexic jokes, as someone who is dyslexic), then that should be OK. That's a way to express yourself. As long as it doesn't go too far, then there shouldn't be an issue.

Semi-support. I don't get the problem with “TRIGGERED” as it is just a way of expressing madness, but other forms should definitely be banned.

Support. I am not on the spectrum and to me these are simply phrases, but I understand how they may be angering to those who are and I do think scratch needs to be open to all people.

Support. I and other people who are on the spectrum have experienced numerous times of bullying, harassment, and memes that were meant to mock or make fun of those who are autistic or who are on the same spectrum and it's no joke.
