Why would any of the things in the OP need to be controlled so much? Also, some things are far too specific, like not rendering BBCode/Scratchblocks

At this point, the district should consider the offline editor for making projects and their respective LMS for submitting projects (or presenting in person)

I do not like this idea. The whole idea of an overseer for what content I can or cannot see just seems like a bad idea.

It's some sort of bug. I think there's a glitch where if you add a symbol into your title, it'll make it backwards.

Offtopic, but it isn't a glitch, it's a left to right override character, and this is exactly what left to right override characters are supposed to do.
