Scratch has this profile picture option. But what if we add something like a picture frame? Here is an example using my profile picture:

(The white background is there because I used Paint3D to edit it)

So, I think you get the idea. It's supposed to be like picture frames. Maybe we should add a gallery because picture frames sound too hard to upload (I don't mean like CRAZY hard. But like, you have to PERFECTLY make it a certain size or it won't work).

So you just upload one from your computer or choose from the library? All of those have to be free, right?
Scratch’s limit on profile pictures are 500x500, so a border would be about 600x600, and the background has to be transparent.
Not everyone use something that can make a transparent background tho

No support, we don’t need this and sounds too much like those gaming platforms, also, many might be think the only way to earn frames is to have achievements, and that, is rejected

Neutral. Like everyone has said, you could do it yourself and you technically already did. This could be added but what would be the major use? Also, how could we stop people from doing inappropriate? Also, not a lot of people would like this.
