More so, the skull emoji is a real emoji that you can find on any system, and so can you find a skull and crossbones. I'd suggest making a special type of skull emoji if you would like to make a custom. (Not that I'm a huge expert here.)

it does not, sadly

scratch does have some built in emojis (here’s a list of all of them), but there’s not too many
