Bumping this topic because my dad is watching netflix one piece and i'm watching anime one piecethe live action is so compressed its almost an insult, they also changed nami's actor on episode three, idk why, its a good show, but the pacing is like the jojo anime

I like the netflix one piece, it's not an insult !!! The manga is 10000000000000000000X better than the anime. The anime is ridiculous, except towards the end. I have all the 107 One Piece volumes !

Agreed. Mangas are books by the wayMy wording was stupid but yeah, I understand. I have a bunch of Dragon Ball manga at home.
I'm on the Fish Man Island arc right now and ngl it's kinda boring. The only motivation I have to keep watching is the new art style and costume redesigns. Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji look FIRE.

Anyway, im currently in the middle of water 7. the sea train is pretty cool, but it doesnt make sense how it hasnt sunk yet. isnt it made of metal?
