please help with this

basically I'm making it so that when you hit a attacking npc it stops its script and goes to another(they are clones).
heres the script i used for the npc
repeatuntil(hit)=yesswitchcostumetohitwait1secsswitchcostumetodedwait1secsdeletethisclone

Still a bit unclear but can't you set a variable to indicate some current state has changed and use that variable in the repeat until?
