That's not a bug or a glitch - that's just how vector works. If you zoom in on any image in will be blurry.

If it’s in the costume editor, that might be a glitch.
If it’s in the project screen, reloading the page might solve it.

It isn't. Well, at least outside of Scratch it isn't.


Scratch might be converting the images to some kind of raster graphic before displaying it on the stage, which is something that can't be fixed. However, you can try to avoid this problem by splitting your sprite up into multiple costumes and displaying the clones. That should avoid zooming as a whole and it won't be blurry.
