On lots of profiles, users steal from others all the time. One of the biggest examples is a pfp. The issue with this is that the scratch team cannot know if a pfp is stolen because of the inability to explain HOW something like that breaks the guidelines. For this reason theft can happen all the time and no one can do a thing about it. I ask that we are able to choose a reason from the pop up icon like we can with projects.

So like “this person stole this pfp”?
I am pretty sure st would allow that if they gave credit even though a lot of scratchers attack that person because of the pfp.
And the guidelines says literally nothing about stealing art/pfp/stuff

Theft is actually mentioned in the guidelines as not okay. And I'm asking for people who say they MADE something that doesn't belong to them.

Okay
So you want a panel to select the reason you reported the pfp
This is used to report inappropriate images, not stolen, the st probably won’t know who is the owner of that pfp.

They actually ask in project report features to list the links to uncredited/stolen content, for one.

Couldn't you just use Contact Us?
Also note that if a pfp was made by someone else on scratch and not credited, that's against the guidelines, but if it is credited then they're perfectly fine. You're allowed to use someone else's pfp(without having to ask permission) as long as you credit them.

Yes but you are missing I am saying this for Not crediting. Also what if you're not wanting to go through a whole email message for something scratch could easily just give an update on?

Then you would be lazy and would never get anywhere in life. Sending an email is easier, cheaper, and a better use of time than wasting money and time on a whole update just to fix one small problem which already has a very basic solution.

Updates are not easy in the slightest, the ST has to think carefully about what to allocate resources to, they can't just make updates willy-nilly.

Let me put it this way, then; not all kids are allowed to send emails, got it?

That doesn't mention profile pictures, it's talking about projects. I see users setting their profile pictures to other users' profile pictures somewhat frequently.

I was talking about “art” in specific, not the inclusions of it, however yeah, you are correct on that.
There was one profile trend about that which was even listed anyway
