Try clearing your cache. By the way, you can only copy images into the Scratch costume editor that are from that same tab and project.

this happens to me too. it justs pastes the previous paste thingy. probably bc i just downloaded and then uninstalled oprea gx. i just uninstalled it bc things go wrong.
