A user will spam around 6 or above reports so the project gets hit by the automatic takedown.

This is temporal because it just puts it under review, mass reporting is punishable.

Mass reporting is an automatic system where if a project receives a large amount of reports in a short amount of time, it will automatically be taken down to be reviewed by the Scratch Team. If it is appropriate, it will be put back up, otherwise it will stay taken down. When a project has been mass reported, the alert will specifically say that it was mass reported and that the ST will review the project. Anyone who claims they were mass reported and shows a different alert is lying. Note that these reports have to be from different accounts.

Those who falsely mass report will have moderation action taken against them.
