Soggy cereal is the best.

I can't eat non-soggy Frosted Flakes, sometimes pieces spring up and it's the same effect as eating a tortilla chip vertically.

This is a debate that I just can't understand… if you put the milk in first, then it will splash. So I always put the cereal in first.

Milk or cereal first?

UPDATE: My mother said something like “If you pour the cereal in first, then if you end up pouring too many cereal in then you can always take cereal out but if you pour too much milk in then you have to drink the leftovers”. So that only makes my choice even more valid.

I drank the leftovers today, but I usually don't do it because we make our own milk using store bought cream and that tastes weird.

How does one ever not have leftover milk? That seems impossible.

Yes but how? Maybe I just take more milk than you people. I take a whole glassful(or at least like 4/5) of milk in the cup(I eat cereal in a cup) and then I pour in a little bit of cereal.

When there is enough cereal left to finish all the milk.
