This makes me want to write an essay because so many people are just in fallacies that they don't even research on.

The report system isn't controlled by a bot, there is an automatic project censor so not many eyes will see the bad content.

The ST does review the reports, but since they get so many there must be atleast something that'll censor the project temporarily.

This censor will mark your project as Under Review, if it's been verified your project is fine to go, it can be reshared and any existing punishment from it will be undone.

If the situation was false, you can quit your rage and just go ask Contact-Us.

Plus you can ask them to review your project if it's fit for Scratch or not.

Yeah, however OP doesn't implyl it's the automatic censor, only that the reports are reviewed by bots:

As Zydrolic said, there is no bot, and the ST is very overworked and underfunded, they simply do not have the resources to do a perfect (or a more than 70% accurate) job at moderating, if you don't like the state of the site, then donate to the ST.

Adding onto this, when you turn 18, try getting a job at the Scratch Foundation.
Do it for a year.

Moderation isn't as easy as /ban (user).
