Tell you what you reported before you get the innocent report alert

So, today, I got an alert that said I reported something, but there was nothing wrong with it. I forget what I reported, though, so I think that the alert should tell you what it was that you reported.

I remember suggesting or asking about this, however it would slow workflow in a way, as ST doesnt have a system to easily link the users incorrect report. Gonna look

EDIT2: This doesn't change much of course, it'd be nice but could be a pain to set up for ST

I misread. I thought that since it was buried back it must have been 24 hours, but I guess it wasn't.
