They aren’t going to add this any this time as they are undergoing some necessary changes to the website. However, a ST member might consider releasing it to scratch labs sometime around.

The ST has directly responded to me and said that this suggestion isn't a priority right now. We have to do it ourselves if we want it anytime soon.

Well, not really. They have to make a block that when ran runs 3 lines of code, but a single block isn't 0 lines. Plus, they have to make the design of the block… adding a block takes longer than just adding its code equivalent.
