As a Developer, what do you mostly work on?

Way too many things:
making OS'
making programming languages
making package managers
making python-scratch stuff
and loads more that I have forgotten about.

At this point, I'm failing to see how Scratch operating systems are even considered operating systems. They are Scratch games, and that's a fact.

A Scratch OS does none of these things.
