Sometimes if it's not Graphic Violence or Intense Violence. The only violence on scratch that you could is Mild Violence.

Is Blood Allowed on Scratch?
Only things like cuts or scratches that aren’t shown graphically or violently. Realistic Blood or Gore is not allowed at all especially shown in a Violent way.

Is Strong Language or Profanity Allowed on Scratch?
Profanity or Strong Language is not allowed at all!

You need permission from ST to create guides.

3. all ages site so you are right on that part
4. suggestive stuff isnt allowed on matter the context unless its educational i think but i probably remember wrong

Talking about LGBTQ+ is fine the same way that talking about your mom and dad would be fine. But you have two people do the infamous inappropriate things, it's not allowed, LGBTQ+ or not.

Other places that can always use more helpful Scratchers like you, are the "Help With Scripts“ and ”Questions About Scratch" areas - please use them as designed, by responding to topics created by folks with problems to solve

Finally, a really good place for Scratch guides is the Scratch Wiki - check it out and see if it's something you might like to work on. They have a number of guides - and great organization.
