They just quoted me saying a bump, which is a one way people bump a topic.
Also, I was incorrect. You have to wait 24 hours to bump a topic, you don't have to wait until the next day.

Ah, OK. (I also find that rule hard to follow, because my clock is not the same as the time on the post. Right now it's 10:01 AM for me.) Again, should we stop this conversation here too like we did before (on the “ninja'd” conversation")? Also, why when there's forum activity does it put me on the first page? Is it from the upcoming downtime?

That's not reportable because (and this is a guess) 90% of people using Scratch are using a computer.
Meanwhile, (and this is a guess) most people that use Scratch don't have a controller, as many are children who don't regularly play games/use school computers.

As sonic_fan said, people normally have or borrow a computer. Mobile isn't very useful on Scratch if you want to code, but is commonly used, and mobile only games can be played on a computer.. (Then again, mobile controls are useful, except for when you accidentally click) Not everyone has a controller.
