I don't think the Scratch Team is very worried about 4.0 yet - they haven't even finished 3.0 yet.

Yeah, give em a chance. At this rate they won't even finish 3.0.

While 4.0 won't exist (Scratch 2 was created to allow an online editor, Scratch 3 was created because Flash would become illegal), I could definitely see this being implemented. What I don't like are the gradient and Josefin Sans font for the Search header, they look very out of place. And the font in general could be changed, as Rubik does not feel very Scratchy.
