well it doesn't seem very low effort or low quality (way better than average recent tab) and it looks high effort or maybe because it is a nine circles level. (it is a good level)

red root is underrated
It has structuring that (in my opinion) is way ahead of it's time.
it got funnygame effects and made them better and also invented krmal gameplay before krmal even started creating.
and it's name is very unique.

I wouldn’t say it will release tomorrow, that art thingy for the anniversary that will be finished tomorrow (and is made by an elder gd mod) has the text “2.2 soon” on it, so probably some time after the anniversary it will release. But one thing I can say for sure is that RobTop needs to release the update before the end of August because else we can say bye bye to gd on the play store cuz google told RobTop there wasn’t an update for a long time and that if he doesn’t update they take down gd from da playstore

There's no better time to update 2.2 than on the 10 year anniversary

“2.2 soon” is a reference to an animation someone made 3 years ago or something that had to do with Gometry Dash

Yeah it was a tiny bit disappointing that after all of the hints at 2.2 releasing today, it didn't release today
I watched it on my switch lol

I did some calculations and it turns out that 2.2 might release anywhere from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023. I'm semi-hoping it releases on October 2nd as that's my birthday, but I also realistically expect it to release near the end because it's Rubrub we're talking about
