Help I'm out of memory
so I've been making a game on turbowarp for the past couple of months, and now that I finished it and that I am importing it into scratch, my browser says out of memory no matter what browser I use, and when I try to load it in turbowarp it says “crashed process crashed:renderer: oom”
I really need help I put a lot of effort into this

If you have ran out of memory, maybe try looking through all your files and try to delete unnecessary stuff. I am not really a computer expert or anything though. Are you sure you ran out of memory?

Are you sure you ran out of memory?Don’t do this RAMs different from storage. Do not delete anything cause scratch isn’t I/o c complications this isn’t Linux

the file is 637 mb large…
Nobody's gonna talk about the file size?
How do you even create a file that large?
Scratch's limit is like 8mb, so…
Anyways, maybe this fits better in BaG.

If you can, tell us what the game is supposed to be, then possibly we can help reduce its size (possibly).
As in: Genre, things you do, etc
Also keep in mind sound files take up a TON of space. I've learnt this myself (usually taking around 20,000 GB)

the file is 637 mb largeThis is a good question, as file size is kinda wonky on Scratch. The project is limited to 50 megabytes, though that limit only applies to the scripts, not any art or sounds. How many blocks do you have? ‘Cause if there’s a lot of code, you may be beyond the limit. A way to check this is by duplicating the project but remove all costumes and sounds, then download that. If the amount of scripts is less than 50 megabytes, the issue might be due to compression, as Scratch tries to compress things.

this seems to be a big problem because it happened to me1. Please don't post on old and inactive topics- this is known as necroposting.
2. For everyone here: The OP likely ran into the project maximum file size. The limit is 5MB for the project.json file and 10MB for any asset. You can check the size by downloading your file, changing the fine extension to .zip, and unzipping it. There will be the project.json file and your assets in there.
