I want to make something but not sure if it's alright to post because there's blood. if the blood is pink or any other color is it okay?

It doesn't matter what color it is, it's still not allowed. The scratch team only allows blood that is like paper-cut size, so really small.

I'm pretty sure droplets don't drop(no pun intended) when its a paper cut, it's just a little red line on your finger.

ok I think its pretty much solved

Color doesn't matter, only minimal amounts of blood are allowed on scratch. In other words, no pools of blood or gory violence. Low-detail scratches, nosebleeds, and papercuts are okay.
