If you read the Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and DMCA, you will know how to correctly use Scratch without accidentally or purposefully breaking the rules.

Scratch is very safe. The community is mostly 9-13 year olds. Of course, every single social media will have bullying, but Scratch has bullying against the rules other websites, so most bullies, cussers and other rude people will be banned. Consider showing them the Community Guidelines.
