definitely clickbait; if you've read the newsletter it'll be clear that's an insanely unrealistic timeframe, as not even chapter 3 is finished, so 4 and 5 certainly aren't developed enough for that kind of release date. game development is very time-consuming! Besides, if this was real, people would be seeing it and posting it all over the internet. My money's on this being an edit.
