Are Free-Follows projects allowed? Because iv'e seen some people make free-follows projects, and i would report them but idk if they're against the guidelines and while i believe followers should be earned, not just given through some project or smth, but are they allowed?

no, they arent
bot accounts are not allowed on scratch
and if theres no botting involved, i guess they could be allowed

I think they're talking about ones that just promise follows and manually give it to receivers.

I still don't think they're allowed, though. I'd keep reporting them and let ST decided to take action or not since it may vary in different circumstances

I believe that people are allowed to give out follows for any reason they want (provided they are done manually and not by a bot, and of course not in a spammy manner). The ST explicitly allows F4F, and I would imagine this falls under the same idea.

This is allowed.

The only reason why it wouldn't be allowed is if the whole account is entirely devoted to following users, and nothing else — this is spammy. But if the account is also engaging in the community in some way (commenting, loving, etc.), and is making some projects that aren't free-follow projects, then it's fine.
