Changing all Scratch ranks on April Fool's Day to Yoshi
I don't think they would be sued because there are a lot of Mario games and Mario is mentioned in the Scratch Wiki.In addition to the DMCA stuff that others mentioned — there's a major difference between a Scratcher posting Mario content and the Scratch Team designing their website around Mario content. The Scratch Team should not be doing this.
