As an easier alternative, you could try linking your bedrock and Java account. Whenever you play on your bedrock account, it will use your Java username and player (inventory and stuff) so you don’t have to be whitelisted. There are instructions linked at the bottom of the OP.

why did you by a book on commands?

So I could use them? I needed more information on them so I could create stuff in my worlds without taking days to do the same thing over and over again.
