Android based OS
So you need help with the apps that work part? Code it like its own project (with separate sprites) but have it trigger through a broadcast when a button is pressed, and hide when it is not active. This is the simplest solution, although I have seen pen based and clone based OS such as the one I linked previously.
As for making it like android, simply use images that look similar to android as your sprites. Also create apps that are similar to what android has.

Which is not written in Scratch.

I'm pretty sure “Android-based” means basing it off AOSP (Android Open Source Project).yes im very sure that it's an AOSP, but i see highlight of the fake OSes.
and yes i try to clone Android 9 from AOSP, but i don't own an 1TB hard drive, so oof.

The person wants to do it in Scratch, not an actual OS. See #17.I'm pretty sure “Android-based” means basing it off AOSP (Android Open Source Project).yes im very sure that it's an AOSP, but i see highlight of the fake OSes.

Though since that's the case, I don't know why this is in AT.
