Add "Impersonating other scratcher" to list of why to report someone
Support. I've met many impersonators, but your system is a bit flawed. There are people impersonating YouTubers on Scratch. I know most people don't believe them, but it's still impersonation and it's still against the guidelines. So, maybe instead it could ask who they're impersonating instead of making them enter a username? This is also an issue with protect reporting whereas you can't easily report someone if they steal art online instead of stealing it off of scratchers.
But full support.

I think when you report someone, there should be a separate option for impersonation. Thank you!
There would also be a blank for the username of the person who they're impersonating, and if that user doesn't exist, they won't take the report.
If someone clicked on the link, it would open a text box that says “Please enter the username of who this user is impersonating.” It then would check that that user exists. If that user doesn't exist, it would say “Hm. That user doesn't exist. Make sure your spelling is correct.” Or something along those lines.
Please don't post “Just use the username” as Za-Chary said something about that on the second page. I am going to quote it here to avoid that.Use “Username”.The problem with this is that it's not immediately evident to us that you are reporting the username for impersonation.
Suppose I create an account called @mybearw0rld and use it to start claiming it was you. Naturally, you know it's not your account, so you report the username for impersonation. Then we'll see the report and think, “Okay, mybearw0rld was reported for their username. But the username ‘mybearw0rld’ doesn't look inappropriate at all. It must have been an accidental report, so I'll just ignore it.” (This thought process would be similar for those who try to report a username for writing disrespectful comments.)
An option to report for impersonation would fix this, as it would give us an indication that someone is being impersonated.
Impersonation is against the community guidelines too:Don’t try to impersonate other Scratchers, spread rumors, or otherwise try to trick the community.if u want to do this report comments not usernames

if u want to do this report comments not usernamesyour quotes are messed up btw
So if I created an account called @ImmortalJellyAlt and claimed it was your alt. You could report the comments that said that, and it would still seem like an accidental report, because it would look like it was really your alt.

Impersonating and tricking the community is against the guidelines.
We need this because its harder to report impersonation account - ST might think its a false report. lots of scratchers do not have email to use contact us or able to use email, it will be lot easier to do.

(#167)Yup, and appealing your ban from a false ban(Due to some impersonator annoyingly advertising you or bypassing rules, claiming to be your ‘Secret alt’) might just take longer than someone wants it.

Just being aware of it without getting reported is rare, but even then impersonation could be easy.
Which is why this is an honestly awesome suggestion.

I have a friend that has an l (L) in his username. Then a faker appeared and made the username with an I instead (lowercase i) so that it looked like the exact same username and even copied the about me, wiwo, pfp, etc. The only way to know who was who was because of the url or because of the projects. I told my friend to report and then just wait, but even after a day or two, the faker wasn't gone, probably for the same reason that just the username itself isn't inappropriate, which is what the option is for. Adding this would make it much more easier to get rid of these and prevent them from causing chaos like my friend.

Please start snipping your points! Anyways, super-support! I had a bunch of impersonators, and I kept using the username button, but it just seemed like it wasn't doing enough even with a ton of others reporting the impersonator.
