My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 11316.82.0, Chrome 72.0.3626.59, No Flash version detected

Sometimes when I make a block, the block doesn't appear in the My Blocks panel. This seems to happen when my program regardless of whether my program is running and I make the new block. Stopping the program running, then changing panels to something else to a different sprite and back again seems to fix the problem.
