I think if we could add inkscape vector effects to the scratch vector editor, it would improve the way scratch's games looked, as we could easily create a professional looking blurred background in scratch!!!

What do you all think? Here's what I mean;

They don't export to scratch!!!! Try it yourself; put a blur on an object and try exporting it to scratch via .svg .

Have the picture become terrible quality and hard to change or animate? The vector editor having blurs sounds much better, thanks.

If you know how to use Inkscape well, then this shouldn't be a problem for you

Just use a bitmap.
