Adding Images to Comments
Hi! I don't know if anyone will read this lol, but I have a question/suggestion! I think we should be able to add images to comments or put an image as a comment. I think it would be neat/help for these reasons:
1. Sometimes people can't find the right words to say and need to use images.
2. It would help with roleplays! Instead of making a project just about what your OC looks like, why not put the picture with the comment?
3. It would help with some context. like a picture of someone looking up and it would be like “the comment above this is what (person in picture) is scared of/likes/etc” where right now you have to be like, “Oh yeah just look at this project for the picture”
So that's why I think images should be able to be commented! If you all have thought of this before and said no, why? anyways byeeee!
(I put this in the questions forum by accident so I'm putting it here too lol)

https://u.cubeupload.com/medians/ScarhtcjKitchenAppli.png
This is an image host allowed on the forums:

-snip-I think they meant in the OTHER parts of the site (Like projects, studios, and profiles)
But support for your reasons if that's the case.

Ur adding way more stuff for scratch tohandle
Someone could upload a 5TB image and that would ruin that project for everyone as it would have to load up that image

Sounds dangerous. This could go VERY wrong VERY quickly. Remember, this site is for children 8 and over, and all it would take is one person posting a rude image (you know the one) to ruin the experience. Scratch moderation is not that fast, and it could be up there for long enough that lots of people see it.
A image verification process would take too long and use A LOT of staff to do, and increased moderation searches on popular projects would not eliminate the possibility that these images would not be posted on smaller projects.
Added to that, images could be used to increase cyber bullying, as a inbuilt moderation would not be able to detect slurs drawn directly onto the image.
While this image idea initially sounds appealing, I seriously doubt the effect it would have would be completely positive.

I also agree with this. Spamming could completely ruin loading time

Yes I already knew, I meant that you could link the image in a comment, and I was explaining that the image host I used was already allowed by the Scratch Team, so they would know they could link it.-snip-I think they meant in the OTHER parts of the site (Like projects, studios, and profiles)
